Practice Updates: Expanded Wellness Access, New Therapies, and Upcoming In-Office Experiences

At Mind & Body Renew Medical Spa & Psychiatry, growth is always intentional. Each update we introduce is designed to enhance the patient experience while remaining grounded in medical integrity, nervous system regulation, and long-term wellness.

Over the past several weeks, we’ve expanded access to care, introduced new medically guided therapies, and curated in-office experiences that reflect the calm, refined environment our patients value.

Now Accepting FSA and HSA Benefits

We are pleased to share that many of our services may now be eligible for Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) use.

This allows patients to apply pre-tax funds toward qualifying psychiatry, hormone, and medically guided wellness services that support both mental and physical health. Depending on individual plans and medical indication, eligible services may include psychiatric care, medication management, hormone-related visits, lymphatic support, and other provider-recommended treatments.

Coverage varies by plan, and some services may require a Letter of Medical Necessity, which is reviewed during consultation. This update reflects our continued commitment to making medically appropriate care more accessible while maintaining a high standard of individualized, ethical care.

Introducing Medically-Guided Fat Burner & Vitamin Injection Therapy

We have expanded our wellness offerings to include Medically-Guided Fat Burner Injections and Vitamin Injection Therapy.

These therapies are not positioned as quick fixes. Instead, they are used as supportive tools within a personalized, provider-directed care plan for patients seeking refined, sustainable results.

Fat Burner Injections may support metabolic activity and address stubborn areas that do not respond to lifestyle measures alone. When appropriate, they can complement structured weight management or body contouring programs.

Vitamin Injection Therapy is designed to support energy, immune health, recovery, and nutrient optimization through customized injectable blends selected based on individual needs and clinical assessment.

All injectable therapies are offered with careful attention to safety, candidacy, and long-term benefit.

February 13: In-Office Coffee, Cupcakes & T-Shape II Experience

On February 13, we will be hosting an in-office experience featuring coffee, cupcakes, and live T-Shape II treatments.

This event is designed to offer patients an opportunity to experience our space in a relaxed, welcoming setting while learning more about T-Shape II skin tightening, contouring, and cellulite reduction. As with all services at Mind & Body Renew, T-Shape II is approached from a medically informed perspective, often used as part of a broader transformation or recovery plan rather than a single-session solution.

The experience reflects our belief that education, comfort, and environment matter just as much as technology.

Launching Our Signature Candle Line

We are also excited to introduce the launch of our Mind & Body Renew candle collection.

This line was created to extend the feeling of calm, warmth, and intentionality beyond the treatment room. Each candle is designed to support relaxation and grounding, reflecting the same principles that guide our clinical and aesthetic care.

The candle line represents another way we bring the Mind & Body Renew experience into daily life — thoughtful, soothing, and purposefully designed.

Care That Evolves With Intention

Every update at Mind & Body Renew is rooted in the same philosophy: care should feel steady, structured, and supportive, never rushed or excessive.

Whether through expanded access to benefits, new medically guided therapies, curated in-office experiences, or thoughtfully designed products, our goal remains the same — to create an environment where patients feel regulated, respected, and confident in their care.
